Melvin Goh is a versatile Malaysian pianist and keyboardist known for his playful yet introspective style. Since 2011, he has graced major jazz festivals and collaborated with top artists, excelling as a performer, music director, and arranger.
Melvin Goh (Goh Mun Arn Melvin) is a Malaysian pianist and keyboardist based in Kuala Lumpur who has been performing professionally since 2011. A graduate of UCSI University with a Bachelor in Contemporary Music (Piano), his musical style is described as both playful and introspective. Goh has established himself through performances at various music festivals, reality television singing contests, and local jazz establishments. His notable appearances include the KL International Jazz Festival (2013), the Borneo Jazz Festival/Rainforest World Music Festival preview (2013), and the Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival (2012). He has collaborated with prominent artists such as Juwita Suwito, Bob Fitts, and Astro Talent Quest champion Chang Wei Kang. Beyond live performance, Goh has significant experience as a music director and arranger, notably for the Christmas musical "The Manger and Me" and the production "Mad World." He contributed piano and keyboard arrangements to the gospel album "Savior Friend" and composed the soundtrack for the award-winning short film "The Last Part." Dedicated to continuous growth, he also maintains a professional platform for sharing his musical insights and perspectives as a developing musician.
