About This Event
Established in 1997, the Jazz Meta Band (JMB) is a cornerstone of the Taiwanese jazz scene, dedicated to the promotion and education of authentic jazz music. With over two decades of history, the ensemble has graced the stages of numerous major local and international jazz festivals. Their repertoire has evolved from masterful interpretations of jazz standards to the creation of original compositions that fuse jazz with local musical elements. Known for their maturity, seamless interconnectedness, and refined musicality, JMB delivers a sophisticated performance every Friday night at Blue Note Taipei.
