The Eurasian Quartet brings together exceptional musicians from the Netherlands, Germany, and Taiwan for an evening of boundary-breaking free music. The lineup features overtone singer Mark van Tongeren, Dutch Jazz and Improvisation Award winner Luc Houtkamp, percussionist Pablo Liebhaber, and pianist Shih-Yang Lee. Mark van Tongeren, an ethnomusicologist and passionate vocal explorer, integrates yoga and art into his practice, guiding the audience through the depths of overtone and throat singing through original insights and versatile vocal techniques.
