Jacky Liu

Jacky Liu (Yanfeng Liu) is a tenor saxophonist and EWI (Electronic Wind Instrument) player. A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, he leads the Jacky Liu Quintet, an ensemble composed of fellow musicians from the same prestigious institution. His musical practice is centered on the discovery of new sounds and innovative approaches to performance. Liu and his quintet strive to fully immerse themselves and their audience in the diverse emotional landscapes and sensations that music evokes during a live performance.
