Luo Dan is a professional jazz trumpeter with an extensive international academic background. After graduating from the Department of Music at the National Taipei University of Education and serving in the Ministry of National Defense Symphony Orchestra, he pursued advanced studies in Europe. He obtained a trumpet performance diploma from the Conservatoire d'Amiens in France and specialized in jazz trumpet at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in Belgium, blending classical precision with jazz improvisation.
