Shanice Hedger

Shanice Hedger is a multi-talented singer, radio DJ, content creator, and host. Her musical journey began in Perth, Australia, where she joined her school choir at age seven and won her first talent quest at age ten. After returning to Singapore, she continued her development through musical theater and school choirs, performing internationally in countries including Italy and the Czech Republic. Shanice gained national prominence through the Mediacorp Channel 5 reality singing competition, The Final 1, reaching the Top 20 in Season 1 (2013) and the Top 7 in Season 2 (2015). Her versatility extends to pageantry and broadcasting; she was a Top 15 finalist in Miss Universe Singapore 2016 and a finalist in Class 95 FM's Radio Star 2017, where she earned the Carlsberg Smoothest Voice award. A graduate of the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University (2019), she currently serves as a Radio DJ for Class 95. Musically, she explores genres such as pop, alternative R&B, and indie-pop, performing as a solo artist and as part of The Staircase Duo. Her extensive performance portfolio includes engagements with American Express, St Regis, Marina Bay Sands, The Ritz-Carlton, 67 Pall Mall, Mandala Club, Standard Chartered, and the Esplanade. Beyond the stage, she is an accomplished host and content creator for global brands including AIA, Universal Music Singapore, Sephora, and E! Online Asia.
