Shih Meng-hang is a compelling new voice in the Taiwanese percussion scene, currently honing his craft at the Taipei National University of the Arts. He has already made a significant mark on the international stage, securing the silver medal in the Marimba category (19-25 age group) at the 17th Italy International Percussion Competition. His technical mastery and artistic promise were notably recognized by esteemed percussionist Wu Pei-ching, who served as a judge for the competition and officially shared the news of his achievement.
