Copyright & Takedown Policy

JazzNode respects intellectual property rights and the rights of content creators. We aggregate publicly available event information for informational purposes only. If you believe that any content displayed on JazzNode infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a takedown request through the process described in this policy.

JazzNode collects and displays publicly available event information including event dates, times, lineups, pricing, and venue details sourced from official venue websites and public sources.

Event posters, photographs, promotional materials, artist images, and other creative content displayed on JazzNode remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, rights holders, and copyright owners. JazzNode displays such content for informational and editorial purposes only.

To request removal of copyrighted content from JazzNode, please submit a takedown request that includes the following information:

• Your name and contact information: Full legal name, email address, and physical mailing address.
• Description of the copyrighted work: Detailed description of the content you claim is infringed, including title, copyright registration number (if available), and date of creation or publication.
• URL on JazzNode: The specific URL or page on JazzNode where the infringing content appears.
• Legal statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the copyright owner, and that the content infringes your rights.

We aim to review and respond to all takedown requests within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt. Upon verification of a valid takedown request, JazzNode will take appropriate action, which may include:

• Removing the infringing content from the platform.
• Replacing the content with appropriate attribution or a notice.
• Disabling access to the content.

If you believe that your content was removed from JazzNode in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• The URL of the content that was removed.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed in error.
• Your name and signature (electronic signature is acceptable).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content or take other appropriate action after notifying the original complainant.

JazzNode may suspend, restrict, or terminate the account of users, venues, or artists who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights or submit false or frivolous takedown requests. This includes disabling features, reducing visibility, or permanently removing the user from the platform.
