Part 1. JazzCoin (Loyalty Points)
1. What is JazzCoin
JazzCoin is a gift-type loyalty point issued by JazzNode Inc. (Delaware, USA) and 娛興喂有限公司 (Taiwan) as a promotional incentive. JazzCoin has no monetary value outside the JazzNode platform and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
One (1) JazzCoin represents one US cent (US$0.01) of potential discount on a future JazzNode ticket purchase, subject to the redemption rules below. JazzCoin is denominated internally in US cents so the value stays consistent across every market we operate in; the discount shown at checkout is computed from the prevailing USD exchange rate for your ticket's local currency.
2. Earning JazzCoin
You earn JazzCoin automatically when you complete a paid ticket purchase. The base earn rate is 3% of the ticket face value, calculated after any promo-code discount but before platform service fees.
Membership tiers: Silver members earn 4% and Gold members earn 5%. Tier is evaluated on a rolling 12-month window — Silver requires 12 paid tickets OR US$500 in spend, Gold requires 30 paid tickets OR US$2,000. Only tickets of at least US$3 face value count toward qualification. See §2a for maintenance rules.
Monthly budget cap: when cumulative issuance hits 70% of our monthly budget, the earn rate adjusts to 2% for the remainder of that month (regardless of tier). Resets on the 1st of each month.
Points are credited shortly after payment confirmation.
2a. Tier maintenance and grace period
To maintain Silver or Gold, you must continue to meet the qualification threshold on a rolling 12-month basis. If you drop below the threshold, a 30-day grace period begins during which your tier and earn rate are unchanged — if you re-qualify within those 30 days, tier is restored silently. If you are still below the threshold when grace ends, tier drops one level (Gold → Silver, Silver → Member). Tier is never demoted more than one level per evaluation.
Tier upgrades are instant. Tier status and progress toward the next tier are visible on your loyalty account page.
3. Redeeming JazzCoin
At checkout you may apply JazzCoin using the slider. You can redeem up to your full balance — the only limit is that Stripe's per-currency minimum charge (e.g. NT$30 in Taiwan, US$0.50 in USD markets) must remain on the order for Stripe to process it.
JazzCoin cannot be combined with a promo code in the same order — one or the other.
The local-currency discount is calculated at the prevailing USD exchange rate at checkout. Small rounding differences may occur.
Redeemed JazzCoin is deducted at checkout. If the session fails or is cancelled, deducted points are automatically restored.
4. Expiration
Each batch of JazzCoin expires 12 months after the date it was credited, on a rolling basis. A nightly process removes expired balances.
Your loyalty account page displays points expiring within the next 30 days.
5. Non-transferable, no cash value
JazzCoin is personal to your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, pledge, or convey JazzCoin to another account or person. JazzCoin has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, bank transfer, gift cards, or any other monetary instrument.
6. Refunds and reclaim
When a paid ticket is refunded, JazzNode automatically reverses the JazzCoin effects:
(a) Earned JazzCoin from that order is deducted up to the current balance. If already spent, we deduct what remains.
(b) JazzCoin you redeemed on the refunded order is restored to your balance with original expiration dates.
Partial refunds are handled proportionally where feasible.
7. Program changes and protection
JazzNode may adjust the base earn rate, redemption cap defaults, expiration period, or other parameters. Any rate decrease or material change is announced at least 60 days in advance via email and in-product notification.
Grandfathered earns: JazzCoin earned under previous rules remains valid at its original terms until its original expiration date.
8. Termination
JazzNode may terminate the JazzCoin program in its entirety with 60 days' prior notice. Users will have 90 days from termination notice to redeem their remaining balance, after which unused JazzCoin will be forfeited. JazzNode is not obligated to refund the cash equivalent.
JazzNode may suspend an account's participation for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, with immediate effect.
9. Taiwan consumer-law specifics
JazzCoin is classified as a gift-type loyalty point (贈送型會員點數) granted as a promotional incentive. It is not a stored-value instrument, is not subject to advance-payment regulations, and is not redeemable for cash per Article 5 of the Consumer Protection Act's standard contract provisions.
The 12-month expiration is explicitly disclosed at the time of earn and on the loyalty account page.
Part 2. Stamp Cards
10. What is a Stamp Card
A Stamp Card is a per-venue virtual punch card that rewards repeat visits. Each participating venue configures its own reward and the number of stamps required.
Stamp Cards are a Premium venue feature. Only venues with a Premium subscription may enable them.
11. Earning stamps
You earn one (1) stamp for each paid ticket purchase at a participating venue. Stamps are recorded automatically — no paper card, no QR code, no double-stamping. Multiple tickets in a single order earn a single stamp for that batch.
Welcome stamps: when you start a new card, the venue may grant a configurable number of welcome stamps (typically 2) to accelerate your first card.
12. Card validity
A Stamp Card is valid for 365 days from your first stamp (or whatever validity period the venue has configured). Unredeemed cards expire at the end of this period and collected stamps are forfeited. Starting a new card after expiry is always possible — your next purchase begins a fresh card.
13. Redeeming your reward
When you collect the required stamps, your card becomes redeemable. Generate a 6-digit code from your stamp-cards page and present it to venue staff. The code is valid for 24 hours; you may generate a new code if it expires.
Only the issuing venue — via a staff member authenticated to JazzNode — can mark the code as redeemed. Codes cannot be redeemed at other venues. Each card can be redeemed once.
14. Reward details
The item, size, or discount conditions are set by the venue. The venue's description is shown on your card and on the redemption confirmation to staff. If the reward is food or drink, the item's retail equivalent and substitution policy are at the venue's discretion.
Session restrictions: if the reward is free entry, the venue may restrict redemption to certain show types, weekdays, or off-peak slots.
15. Refunds and stamps
If you refund a ticket that earned a stamp, the stamp is invalidated. Your card count decreases accordingly; welcome stamps remain untouched.
Refunds do not affect stamps that have already been redeemed — once you've exchanged your completed card for the reward, the transaction is final.
16. Venue responsibility; JazzNode role
The venue issuing a Stamp Card is solely responsible for honouring the reward. JazzNode acts as the software platform that tracks stamps and facilitates redemption. JazzNode does not supply, fund, or guarantee the reward itself.
If a venue is unable or unwilling to honour a valid redemption code, contact hello@jazznode.com. We will mediate in good faith but cannot compel the venue to provide the reward. In documented non-compliance, JazzNode may suspend the venue's Stamp Card feature.
