A cornerstone of the Taipei jazz scene since 2003, Weichung Lin is a versatile drummer whose artistry extends far beyond traditional boundaries. His work spans crossover, experimental, and avant-garde music, encompassing live performance, studio recording, and film scoring. Since 2013, Lin has been an official endorser for Canopus drums and Regal Tip brushes. Driven by a fascination with electronic and electro-acoustic textures, he has recently integrated modular synthesizers into his creative palette, exploring quadraphonic live performances and solo drum/synthesizer concerts. His production credits include the experimental collaboration 'Dailiest Day Possible' with Jay Cheng and Yuying Hsu’s acclaimed album 'In the Cave.'
