The core features of JazzNode — including browsing events, artists, venues, and cities — are free to use and do not require payment. No refund applies to free services.
JazzNode facilitates ticket sales for live events hosted by venues and brands. Tickets are purchased through our platform via Stripe.
Tiered refund schedule: Refund amounts are calculated based on the number of calendar days before the event at which the refund is requested, per the Ministry of Culture’s standard ticket contract (Plan A):

How to request: Visit your My Tickets page and click “Request Refund” on the relevant ticket. You may also for assistance.
Refund processing: Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the schedule above.

JazzNode offers optional paid subscription tiers for artists and venues (e.g., Premium) that unlock additional features such as analytics, broadcasting tools, booking management, and custom branding.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle.
