JazzNode facilitates ticket sales on behalf of event organizers (venues and brands) through the Stripe payment platform. Each event is organized by the venue or brand listed on the event page.
Ticket pricing, event dates, venue location, and available ticket types (e.g., General Admission, VIP Table) are displayed on each event’s detail page prior to purchase. The total price shown at checkout includes all applicable platform service fees.
Seating or standing arrangements are determined by the venue and described on the event page. For general admission events, no specific seat is assigned.
Event descriptions, artist lineups, and set times are provided by the event organizer (venue or brand). JazzNode displays this information in good faith but cannot guarantee its accuracy.
If there is a material change to the event (e.g., headliner cancellation, date change), JazzNode will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via email. In the event of a significant program change, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund regardless of the refund schedule below.
All ticket payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods include:
JazzNode does not store your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
All tickets are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive:
No physical tickets are issued. If you do not receive your confirmation email, check your spam folder or .
Each venue can set its own refund policy within legal limits. Taiwan venues follow the tiered schedule below (required under the Ministry of Culture standard contract). Venues in other markets may choose a flat cutoff (100% refund until a set number of hours before the event) or mark all sales as final. The specific policy applied to your ticket is always shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
JazzNode adopts Plan A of the Ministry of Culture’s standard ticket contract refund schedule. Refund amounts are calculated based on the number of calendar days before the event start time at which the refund is requested:

Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges: Ticket exchanges (e.g., changing to a different date or ticket tier for the same event) are not available through self-service. Please to discuss exchange options on a case-by-case basis.
Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund (100%) regardless of the schedule above.
Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person via the transfer feature in My Tickets. Transferred tickets cannot be refunded by the original purchaser. The recipient may request a refund per the schedule above.

All JazzNode tickets are digital. If you lose access to your ticket email, you can always retrieve your QR code from the My Tickets page in your JazzNode account. You may also re-download your ticket as a PDF.

To enter the event, present a valid QR code (on your phone screen or printed PDF) at the venue entrance. Each QR code can only be scanned once.
