Jeffrey Lin

Jeffrey Lin is a jazz drummer who began his musical journey at the age of 16. His deep immersion into jazz performance followed his participation in the 2008 Taipei International Jazz Camp. Heavily influenced by legendary drummers such as Philly Joe Jones and Elvin Jones, Lin honed his craft under the tutelage of Quincy Davis. After serving in the Army Band in 2009, he became a fixture in the Taipei live music scene, performing at venues like Blue Note, Yuppy Bookstore, Sappho, and Lucia. He currently holds a Wednesday residency at Blue Note Taipei. His professional credits include recording an EP and performing with the band "Hidden Molecule," and performing with the Fang-Hsu Lee Trio at both the Taipei and Taichung Jazz Festivals. Lin also recorded for 9m88's "The Musicians" channel and served as the drummer for her 2017 winter tour.
