Tonight, where's the jazz?

Fountain House band
Fountain House band is more than just a venue and a jazz education hub; it is a collective of dedicated musicians at the heart of the "Fountain de Chopin" project. Founded in early 2021 by a new generation of local jazz artists, the project aims to localize jazz in Hong Kong, fostering a community of craftsmanship and original creation. In recent years, the band has increasingly focused on performing their own original compositions. Following the success and warm reception of their January showcase, they return on April 17th to present a night dedicated to their original music. The members are seasoned professionals who have collaborated extensively with Hong Kong jazz legends like Ted Lo, Eugene Pao, Teriver Cheung, and Patrick Lui, as well as international luminaries such as Justin Stanton, Keita Ogawa, and John Ellis. This performance is part of the 【Live at Jim Hall】 series, a program designed to provide the highest quality listening experience for both musicians and the audience.
