JazzNode's Taiwan ticketing payments are operated by our Taiwan entity:
Yu Xing Wei Co., Ltd. handles Taiwan consumer ticket collection, e-invoice issuance, and TWD settlements to venues.
JazzNode platform charges an 8–10% service fee (varies by market), transparently displayed at every ticket checkout.

Tickets follow a tiered refund schedule per Taiwan Ministry of Culture standard contract Plan A (≥10 days 100% / 9-7 days 90% / 6-4 days 80% / 3-1 days 70% / event day non-refundable).
